For example, Jack Gibb formed TORI communities where he did not intervene. He assembled as many as 180 people in a large room. He did nothing else. Most people didn’t even know who he was. What happened is that the large group broke into smaller, conversation groups. They set tasks. They found results. The groups attacked and handled any problems, which were at hand with no trigger.
